Let your past be in your past future in future just work and enjoy your present.
OVERTHINKING means thinking about something frequently and thoughts are coming in your mind related to that . It's can be negative and positive both .
THIS overthinking is like beer and tea if you all will get habitual to it than it's very difficult to overcome.
Few months a ago When I use to overthinking because at that movement it was dark face of life but my family and people who were close to my heart helped me to overcome it at that movement i use to overeat , oversleep , just i was busy with my phone and avoid people but keep one thing in your mind that god have gave you a back bone that is your parents who always supports you which is priceless.
JUST accept the problem and overcome it and learn from it and just please leave it in your past only. JUST remember good things , the bad things will always irritates you and leads to overthinking .
REMEMBER that everything happens for good never think bad about anyone or for anything that makes your heart dirty. BE with those people who motivates you and make you happy not with them who pinch you .
The biggest problem of this world is that we don't accept and overcome just do it your life will become easy to handle.
Your smile and confidence is most important to achieve any thing . Our brain is made to think good things not which make us cry .
PROBLEMS and STRAIN is a important part of our life never afraid of them more you get scared the more you create problems.
Engage yourself in meaningful work do what ever you enjoy to do don't destroy your health for someone who have time they only thinking , make fun of others busy people don't do this.
